Reservations and Deposits

A non-refundable deposit of 50% per person is required (unless otherwise noted) to hold your reservation. Final payment is due 8 weeks prior to arrival date. Payments may be made by Visa, MasterCard or electronic bank transfer.

Cancellation charges and Refund Policy

Cancellation of reservations by the participant must be in writing to North Coast Golf Tours Ltd at Rathkenny, 86 Lodge Road, Coleraine, County Derry, Northern Ireland. BT52 1NE. Or email: info@northcoastgolftours.com. The 50% deposit is non – refundable. Cancellations after balance payments have been made are non refundable (See note further down regarding Travel Insurance).

Responsibility

North Coast Golf Tours Ltd assumes no responsibility for, and the participant hereby releases North Coast Golf Tours Ltd from, any claim, cause of action, loss, expense, injury or damage that the participant may incur relating to the failure by any third party (such as an airline, hotel, transportation service or golf course) to perform its obligation to provide goods, accommodations or services; the negligence or wilful misconduct of any third party in connection with the performance of its obligation to provide goods, accommodations or services; or any act of God, civil disturbance, conflict, strike, theft, governmental action or any other event or action not within the control of North Coast Golf Tours Ltd. Reasonable changes in the itinerary may be made where deemed advisable for the comfort and well being of the passengers, or changes as a result of unexpected conflicts not indicated in our itinerary.

Changes

An administrative fee of £25 per change per person will be charged for any changes to the itinerary requested by client or travel agent after full payment has been received.

Conditions

In event of trip cancellation by North Coast Golf Tours Ltd, all deposits and payments will be refunded in full. There will be no refunds for any absence from the tour once it commences, that is for such things as missed meals, golf, sightseeing or any other activities in the tour. North Coast Golf Tours Ltd is not responsible for personal injury, accident, or illness; or for loss, damage or theft of personal belongings.

Car Rental

Drivers must be 23 years of age or older. The maximum age is 70 years although extensions to 75 can sometimes be obtained.

Travel Insurance

North Coast Golf Tours Ltd recommends that comprehensive travel insurance is put in place on payment of trip deposit.

On advancement of the tour deposit to North Coast Golf Tours Ltd, the depositor therefore agrees to be bound by the above recited terms and conditions.
